Booking Request: When you submit a booking request, it is not considered a confirmed booking. You are simply submitting a request, and no binding agreement is in place until the booking is confirmed.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking will only be confirmed once you receive a validation email from us. This email may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Please note that the booking is only guaranteed after this confirmation email is sent.
Pre-Authorization: We may pre-authorize your credit or debit card prior to arrival to ensure the booking request can be completed.
Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their bookings free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you wish to cancel or modify your booking.
Payment Upon Arrival: Payment is due upon arrival and can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
Taxes Not Included: The occupancy tax of 2.5 EUR per person per night is included in the booking price .
Breakfast: Breakfast is available at the price of 2 EUR per person.
Check-in: From 13:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Reception: Our reception operates 24 hours a day to assist you with any inquiries or needs during your stay.
