A form submission on this website is a booking request, not an instant confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed after the hostel team accepts it.

2. Rates and Availability

Published prices and room options depend on availability and may change without prior notice. Direct bookings from this website are processed manually by the hostel team.

3. Payment

• Payment is generally completed on arrival unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Local tax is included in the shown booking prices.
• Breakfast is an optional extra and is not included unless clearly stated.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation is possible at any time for direct booking requests. Please send your cancellation by email to hostel.red.castel@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +212 611 657 710.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in starts from 13:00.
• Standard check-out is before 11:00.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

6. Dorm Age Policy

The maximum age for dorm accommodation is 50 years. Guests above this age are welcome to book a private room, subject to availability.

7. Tours and Third-Party Services

Tour submissions are treated as direct requests. Timing, inclusions, and final pricing may vary and are confirmed manually. Third-party providers may apply their own operating conditions.

8. Booking Confirmation

After your booking request, we contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm your reservation. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us again by email or WhatsApp.
